You can always tell how a business treats their customer by how they answer their phone. I spoke with Piper when I called to ask questions about getting my wedding ring resized. She was very pleasant, answered all my questions, and didn’t seem put out at having to speak with me. I took my ring to them and paid a very fair price for the service. Rees Jewelry is the number one place in Nacogdoches! I gave them my engagement ring on a Tuesday and got it back the next day! My ring fits beautifully and I’m so happy with the results. The people that work there have wonderful customer service and are great to work with!
