Omar was great. He was super fast and knew what it was right away. We really appreciate his efforts to get our air conditioner back to running smoothly. It’s always a hassle to have to pay to have these things serviced, but you guys really made the process awesome and will definitely use you in the future.
Victor arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the issue. Made the repair and was on his way within 40 minutes. Great job, getting my air conditioner unit working again.
Brandon was here to to the warranty work as scheduled. He was here on-time toward the beginning of the scheduled window and completed the work with a minimal amount of downtime to out AC which is very much appreciated. The amount of rust on the components was very surprising especially since the unit is just over 3 years old and serviced regularly. Fortunately the parts were covered by warranty, but not the install.
