I'm not sure where to even begin. We got there, and it took them about 7 minutes to recognize we were there. I could understand, if they were busy, but all the servers were walking back and forth, talking. Finally we get seated, and our waiter was all over the place. On the bright side food was great. Just their service needs work!
Yikes! I've read some of these reviews. I've been here twice in the last week. Both times were fun and food was great. Thanks to Jay and Russel the first night. Jay especially, great personality. Brought us amazing dishes, after we said surprise us!! Next time, Lloyd was our guy. I like a Sushi chef that will engage in conversation. These 3 have that. Best sushi in town! Service was top notch. Get the Mickey and Donlad
Service and attention to detail has declined greatly since my first visit. When they first opened up I enjoyed a few of their items. I have never been a fan of drowning my fish in sauce but you could order more traditional items. However, since my last visit I can adamantly say I will never go back.
Good food. Server was awesome! There All You Can Eat menu was huge!
This place use to be my favorite. Service was extremely slow. Oh and whaaaaat....No more Coconut Prawns! Food is definitely not the same either. The chefs use to all say "Hi"when you came in and "goodbye" when you left. Nope not anymore. �
I'd normally give this place a higher rating but due to the service of the manager I'll never return. I went here b/c I enjoy the sushi and the atmosphere. This was another story though, not only did I get food poisoning, but the manager was extremely rude about it and acted like I was lying. I threw up twice in their restaurant and the manager was just so cruel. If it wasn't for him I'd return and take the sickness as a shitty fluke chance but I was treated horribly and for that I'll never return.
THE FOOD IS GREAT! - WHEN IT SHOWS UP TO YOUR TABLE!! WE WERE GOING HERE EVERY WEEK (FRI/SAT) FOR NEARLY A YEAR BUT THE SERVICE PROGRESSIVELY GOT WORSE & WORSE... NOW WE BARELY GO ONCE A MONTH, AND THE SERVICE LAST NIGHT WAS PROBABLY THE WORST YET! -- THIS PLACE NEEDS TO STEP THINGS UP CUZ NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS - YOUR SERVICE IS KILLING IT!! ��� #DISAPPOINTED
