The food was great, but we had a hard time swallowing the substandard service. Constantly asking for the same things that were never brought to us. Constantly had the wrong food brought to us. Dysfunctional and inadequate service.
Have been there a few times. I love the atmosphere and that you can go out and walk around on the Riverwalk and even dine out on the patio. I got the all-you-can-eat sushi option. Everything was very good and there's even a variety of desserts you get to choose from included.
Maybe it was a good night, we were served pretty promptly up until we were almost done and a group of 30 plus showed up. Felt bad for the staff as it was almost 8pm. But the view of the river and food was decent! I'd go again
Super slow service. Food sat at the window for a long time. Unfriendly staff.
The rolls are ridiculously small, gross, and over priced! The service is horrible, everytime we would look at the people working there they would look at us and continue to talk to each other completely ignoring us! You want good sushi go to the Sushi House in Sparks, they are cheaper, taste better and their rolls don't look like limp dicks.
