We had a great experience prior tried it again today for lunch and had the worst sushi yet in Reno. Re-ordered calamari 2 different dishes twice and first one you could crack them like pretzels second time just tasted horrible like powder. Any sushi we ordered that had fried fish it was over cooked and refused. Service was great, however after complaining to the manager about our frustrations she informed me that she would comp me and my wife's all you can eat and just charge us for our appetizers, drinks and kids orders. The rolls and nigiri were ok, but the service sucked. We had to ask other servers to get our server to order. Then it took forever to receive our food. The location is beautiful and the place would probably be crowded on a day that wasn't raining. Not the best place for sushi downtown.

Awesome food, great service but found two hairs in our tempora shrimp and our rolls. Manager came and said it was not them it was us. . We were not looking for free food and server even watche us pulle it oit of thw roll so not sure how us dark haired people would have put a blonde hair under the orange slice and another inside the roll... owell our server was awsome!!!! Guess I wont be going back...

We have been sitting outside waiting for 40 min for our original order and 2 people have asked if we were done and wanted dessert. No we just want the few rolls we ordered to begin with. I have been here before and it's been great, this time is HUGELY DISAPPOINTING literally about to walk out without paying since we didn't get half of what we ordered anyways!!
