You have already started to turn around what the other 4 managers couldn't do in the past year I've been here. They have been working hard this past months, upgrading things. It's a great place and environment for kids, college students and yes close to schools and shopping. Differently pet friendly, never seen a better place that we all pick up after our doggys. The view from my apartment is excellent (I view the courtyard and pool).. been here over 3 years. Thanks Nova (Melissa) for being here for us..
BEWARE! Black mold in some apartments!!! High turnover of Property Management & Maintenance Staff. Old building. Pipe & plumbing issues. Empty apartments renovated while current residents maintenance requests go unfulfilled.
Ran down apartments. Ran by slumlord. All they want to do is put band aids on things instead of fixing the problem right. treats tenants like crap.
This is the 4th year I’ve lived here, again this summer the pool has been closed more than open!
I know someome whom stays here and thwy have nothing but good things to say. These apartments are in a great location to schools and grocery stores. They are nice and quiet. You will definitely feel at home in these. The management and maintenance are very friendly and willing to fix anything wrong.
