Very disappointed with my experience I purchased a wedding bang from Reeds and I bought my engagement ring in to have them soldered together and re sized.They advised they would make sure all of my stones were tightened as a courtesy less than five days later I lost one stone and I had to pay $134 to have it repaired and replaced. after the repair, I took my ring to be inspected and they advised I had three additional loose Stones and they actually showed me they were loose. Can’t ever go wrong here there’s ever a problem and the manager can’t take care of it. You can always call the district manager and then you can always call corporate after that no matter what your problems are always solved and you always get what you want you can always have all your pricing too. Nothing has ever finalized.
