What an amazing experience. The ring I bought from Julianna was so beautiful and their in house jeweler did an amazing job with engraving! The store manager Mercedes is always willing to help as well and both of these women are sweet as can be!! They have my business for future.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I Bought a bracelet for my husband in January, upon arrival in 2 days the bracelet broke. I sent via mail for a replacement, and when I got it back it broke again in 3 days. I then proceeded to request a full refund of my purchase and was informed that refunds take 7-10 business days to be processed.
