This store and staff is AMAZING! Angel, BJ, and Kassandra went above and beyond for my husband and myself. We bought a total of 4 watches. I have very thin wrists and an eyesight problem. They happily exchanged 2 watches for me, and made sure I was a happy camper at the end of the day even though I was a pain in the butt lol. We were looking for some Christmas gifts for our daughter and walked into the store for some ideas. Kassandra introduced herself and asked us what we were looking for. Since we weren't sure she took the time to show us different pieces and asking us questions to help narrow down some items. We were able to walk away with some items that we can't wait for our daughter to open. We appreciate the great customer service and patience that Kassandra displayed and we will definitely return to this store for future jewelry needs.
