My fiancé went in to buy my engagement ring and had nothing but nice things to say about his experience he had with Katlyn! We recently went in to look at wedding bands and once again she was nothing less then fantastic! Everything i asked she answered and was very patient with me cause I’m very indecisive! I will always come and buy jewelry from her! She is absolutely fantastic!
My experience at Reeds was very nice as always and i will be back when it’s time to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring all thanks to Katlyn in Hagerstown for the help �
Katlyn was very helpful & kind I stopped at pandora and their machine was down to clean my bracelet they sent my down to reeds she helped get my bracelet shiny and looking good as new she gave me a new bag to keep my bracelet in to help protect it great customer service
Savannah at Reeds always makes me feel like family and always take great care of me when I am there. Definitely recommend Reed's!
I have been a customer of Reeds Jewlers for many years! The customer service I have received from all members of their great team has always been top notch! Having said that, I never expected that these ladies would reach out to the owners of their store to help me with a fundraiser!! I was so over whelmed to say the least!!!!
