My 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk lease is ending. Was able to get a nice deal on a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys Marcus was great as a salesman. Management was great as well. They made the deal as smooth as possible. Nice people. John in Finance was very nice as well. Great place to do business. Ty again.
Disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service I received at reedman toll this week. I scheduled an appointment on 9/15 to have a a technician confirm a diagnosis my mechanic provided me. Late Thursday evening I received a call from the service department that they were able to confirm the diagnosis and could complete the repair. On top of the diagnostic fee I was expecting to pay, I was quoted over $900 for the repair. Bought a jeep compass here ,65,000 miles on it and the engine is shot. I guarantee you guys knew these jeeps were shit from the start. Never buy a jeep from anyone
