We bought our lease out from them August 21, 2020. I have now received 2 bills from my previous lease company and when I called them they said they never received a check for the buy out from reedman till. It is a month later and now my payment is going to be late and go Against my credit because they never sent payment. I tried calling multiple times to not be able to get a hold of the finance person Mike despite me being told He was sitting at his desk. Worst buy out experience ever.
I have been trying to get my Durango in for servicing for two weeks now! Left messages and had a on line chat to try and get an appointment. She was very helpful but no one got in touch with me! So I guess your customers don’t matter!!!!! Don’t worry about me I will go else where and NEVER be back! Poorest run service department I have ever dealt with.

0 stars. We purchased our Jeep from Videon in Newtown Square and they were amazing. Car started shuddering so we dropped it off at Reedman since we lived closer to them than Nearly a week later (no lie) they told us it was EVERY SINGLE SPARK PLUG misfiring and would be $700 to fix. Got the car back, it immediately started doing the same thing. I dropped my truck off for a simple oil change at 0945 a.m. they said it would be two hours tops. I called after two hours and told them I will have to walk back to get it and if I should start walking now which would take 20 mins. They said yes it is being worked on now. When I got there at 1:00 they said it was still being worked on. I waited patiently until 245. Dropped our work truck off a week ago and have left at least 4 messages with no return calls . We got someone on phone today and they said they could not check there messages not working . They never touched the truck and just told us they dont work on these type of Dodge trucks .. Took the kid 15 min to even locate info on it ( Dont make money on a truck sitting ). I would not recommend Reedman Dodge ....
These reviews are awful and so was the guy at the desk when I went in today. I'm glad I read these before I got anything done because if I had spent any money there I would be more upset than I already am.
