I am very disappointed with the fact that I was charged over $560 for 2 fuses! Fuses aren't covered under warranty so I had to pay $230 for diagnostics and another $230 for the installation of 2 fuses. They had my truck for 2 days. They don't offer loaners, shuttles, or Uber. My truck is under the factory warranty. This is ridiculous! Im definitely switching brands.
My 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk lease is ending. Was able to get a nice deal on a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys Marcus was great as a salesman. Management was great as well. They made the deal as smooth as possible. Nice people. John in Finance was very nice as well. Great place to do business. Ty again.
