terrible experience!! dropped vehicle off Wednesday 7/22/2026 for check engine light, as of TODAY FRIDAY 7/24/2026! vehicle still not been taken in. this morning we called for an update.... KIM the receptionist, told us they have no record of the truck being at the shop!?1?!? WHAT!! I was able to get an appointment quickly. The work was completed as promised and on time at the quoted rate. The staff were very nice. I wish the waiting room was nicer, but that's minor.
