I returned home from a business trip late in the evening only to discover I had no heat. Mr. Reeder was the first to answer the phone at 8:30pm and was willing to come out that night to look at it. I didn't think it was necessary since the house was still only 65 degrees. 7:30 am the next morning he was at my door and by 9am heat was back in the house. THANK YOU!

I called Dale a week before Christmas to install 2 cable hookups and a light in my stairway. When he heard the cable was for my son's Christmas TV, he assured me he'd get it done before the holiday. He did. The entire job was completed on 12/22 and my house was immaculate when I returned home. My son was very excited to be able to watch his TV immediately thanks to the good work of Dale. I highly recommend him.

Called Dale Reeder about Furnace ignition problems in late afternoon, and he responded within 30 min. that he would try his best to take a look a little later. Not only did he show up but he diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and fixed the ignition problem but also noticed that the condensation pump was not operating properly and repaired it where the Furnace was back as a functional unit again. I had Reeder elctrical install my Generac generator. He did an excellent job and continues to maintain it. Dale is great to work with. He takes the time to do things right. I had an electrical problem one evening and he stopped on the way home to fix my wall switch as I was nervous about it. I would not hesitate to use Dale for any work I would need done.

I have an issue where my siding was heating up to the point it was melting on the upper level of my home I feared an electrical issue, and after giving Dale Reeder a detailed explanation of what was going on he gave me some advice on what he believed it may be as well as assured me he would be there if I needed him to come out to take a look. I had an ongoing electric problem and also needed a service upgrade. I found this business to be extremely responsive & reasonable. The upgrade was done quickly, with minimal time w/o power. Dale, the owner, is very personable, friendly and ready to do what is needed. He also accurately diagnosed a problem w/my service coming to the house that I needed National Grid to fix. I would recommend Reeder Electrical to anyone and will definitely use him again for any electrical needs I have.
