I've been seeing Dr. Reed since coming to Bartlett. (1985). Their prices are very fair. The level of care you get is outstanding. Their office is well organized and clean. They take a lot of time making sure it's presentable. I feel confident that they are using the latest treatment methods. The doctor is friendly and nice, I like the new Physicans assistant. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The doctor was somewhat unfriendly. I felt like I wasn't really welcome there.
