The lash tech was okay and friendly. It was the receptionist, Taylor, who was rude. She did not have good customer service and tried to tell me that o couldn’t use my groupon based off of information she didn’t know. Groupon also offers this coupon specifically for their location.
I went in to have eyelash extensions. The original person I booked with left, so I accepted another appointment with a different tech. She was extremely nice, however it took almost 2.5 hours and the lashes started following off that very same day. 1 week later and I barely have any of the lashes left. Not at all happy with the results. I doubt I will go back.
