Dr. Pyeritz is an absolute wealth of knowledge in heritable disorders of the cardiovascular system, especially of the aorta. He is one of, if not the most, knowledgeable physicians in the world on Marfan syndrome. On top of him being an incredible Doctor, he is a really nice person!
Visit was a huge waste of time and money. I received a copy of the summary of my visit, which was sent to my referring physician, and was shocked to find several critical errors. Two instances where what I reported was recorded as OPPOSITE of what I said. Either an error on the part of the interviewer, or an error on the part of the transcriber.
