I wasn't going to leave a review, but they texted asking for a review. So, here it goes: I went in for a diagnoses because my mechanic wasn't sure what to do next. I told the front desk representative I wanted to talk to the guy that was going to be diagnosing. Took my Jeep in for a recall today. First person I met was Justin and Lalo who were very polite and professional. He told me it would take 1 hour or a little more. My Jeep was ready in less than an hour and they even washed it ! I was able to observe several staff members talking to waiting customers. I was pleased with the professionalism of all of them. I have had my oil changed here multiple times. I have tried appointments at all times of the day. It takes 1 1/2 hours at almost all scheduled times including first thing. Be prepared
