This place is a joke. The manager Natica is very unprofessional and should not be in the position she is in. When customers can hear you talking bad about other staff members it puts a bad taste in their mouths. I won’t be returning or recommending anyone here. To the very nice person that my husband spoke with I hope you the best and you are to good for this place.
The buying process went smooth and I was able to get the truck delivered to my house the following day due to needing to leave prior to it being detailed the night I bought it. Yeison was great to work with unlike sales people I have worked with at other dealerships. Oscar was also great to work with and made the finance process fast so I could get to my other appointment. I will be a repeat customer the next time I am ready to trade.
They’re always prompt in getting me in and keeping me informed during my service. It allows me to get what I need done and still make it to work.
Kevin and the guys in service are great. They treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy. They go the extra mile to give you the service and care you deserve. They fully explain the whole process and make sure that you leave satisfied and happy. They're customer waiting area is 5 star. The experience was one of the best and definitely be going back. Thank you Kevin, Perry, and the whole gang for everything, along with the detail crew. We won't be taking our silverado anywhere but here, and so should you.
We went in looking to purchase a new SUV. Joyce was the best! She went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for within our budget. When it came time to talk numbers, the manager came out and immediately had a an attitude. She was very rude and seemed like we were wasting her time.
