September I needed my car inspected to get license renewed. Took it here for that purpose. Im female, senior, on social security and handicapped license on car. Took long time to get my car done, which shouldn't have taken that long to do. Finally got it after it was washed, smudged windshield etc. I wasn't there for car wash. Mejor no puede ser
There is confusion over if I elected the extended warranty . I never elected it but yet the finance man said I did which moved the price up over $4,000. I never received my paperwork that I had elected it, instead I received someone else’s paperwork to their vehicle. I thought if I used Randy Reed I would receive good service. The company i work for uses them for our fleet vehicles for service.
