Reed has changed and not for the better. Purchased the last 4 from them. My son had a car picked out with them and found it at a different dealer 3K cheaper. Took the offer to Reed and they told him no...He made the purchase from Van. The next week they were priced were they could have made the sale with him. Also, I have sent emails to them with questions they have not answered...It is not the dealer it once was... I will end up purchasing from a different dealer as my son did...
It was oOver the years Randy Reed has earned a level of trust that few shops have. Because of my cars age, I was surprised I didn't need some hoses replaced. My previous car was just 3 years old when I was told by an unscrupulous dealer that my hoses need replacing. I owned the care for another 8 years without replacing a single hose!
