Chad was very personable, willing to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about the procedure.
He listened!, explained what was wrong with hip, explains options to correct the hip. Took time to answer questions. very happy with other staff members here too. Very friendly patient knowledgeable helpful staff.
I was falling asleep waiting the the room to see him. Maybe have someone check on people if it is going to take awhile.
Dr. Reed was very personable. Answered all my questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about various questions I asked about procedures and options I had read about. Took the time to explain everything and was kind in his presentation.
It was a good visit. He gave me my shots in my knees and it was as painless as possible.
Dr. Reed and his staff are great! I trust that they always are concerned about what is best me. Also, Dr. Reed takes the time to listen and answer questions.
Very personable and listens to you. He was upfront with different options, and the pros and cons for each one. At this point I'm very happy with Dr Reed.
The office personnel are kind and very knowledgeable about their jobs Dr Reed is extremely knowledgeable and has worked on both of my knees and my achilles tendon he is a doctor you can trust
