Have known Reed Block for several years now! He's a good guy with a good heart! He took us thru the looking and buying process, and explained everything along the way as we went. Finally bought a house here in Citrus Heights last year. Reed even had a home warranty plan on the house which we used when the hot water tank went out not long after moving in. Reed sold out house within three days in Kavala Ranch in Rancho Cordova in May of this year. He met with us prior and was very thorough and knowledge in his presentation. He was always available either by phone or email. Reed also helped me find a home in Galt. He explained and guided me through the buying process. I highly recommend Reed Block.

I was introduced to Reed by my friend to purchase my house. Working with Reed exceeded any of my expectations. The stars speak for themselves, he has very good knowledge of local market, his timing is good, he educates people and overall it was a pleasure doing business with him. I didn't meet him personally as I relocated to TX, he was referred to me by a friend of mine. He took care of listing the property and getting the offer in 2 days at a good price.

We know him for a very long time. I would say for me he is a guru in the real estate world. He is great is stating all the pros & cons. Very honest opinion. We bought our dream home which was short sales just in 21 days through his solid network. Also bought a rental home. He was very knowledge on market prices & trends. Neighbhourhood esp in Rancho Cordova as its a growing city. He made all aspect and comunication very easy and straight foward.
