My wife went here and he just wanted to sell here a boot and inserts and whatever else she asked for an MRI and he said it’s not time I had her get a second opinion and ended up that she needed surgery for a torn ligament and a cyst she will be in a cast for 12 weeks if he would have listened she might have not had so much issues I really wish I could post a pic because it looks horrible this doc is a hack I should’ve not referred her I feel terrible for that.
Told me my insurance wouldn’t cover an orthopedic foot insert and wouldn’t even entertain the idea of one. Refused to call and ask insurance. Went to a new doctor after the new year and immediately she suggested orthopedic shoe inserts and that insurance typically helps cover. This doc cost me hundreds of dollars due to his laziness because now my out of pocket isn’t met for this fiscal year. I’m so angry I could cry. What a waste of money and time!
