HOA gets more expensive and the Complex looks worse. I pay $485 just like any other person here and they can’t even clean my cart port on Landscaping day. What a joke of association

My husband and I been living at the redwoods for almost 8 years and truthfully the community has gone downhill and HOA management is to blame. 2x increase in HOA dues. The piping in the building are going bad and creating leaks costing us $600 a year + HOA dues. Making your effective HOA payment close to $500 a month. They send $61,000 to the reserve funds every month and still want us pay $600 a year to repair the pips when this is part of their responsibility. Finally moved out from the Redwoods and am so glad I finally did. This review is long overdue and a warning to future homeowners. HOA has gone up nearly 2x in the last 7 years. I started paying $240 and now its close to $500. Now they're including a $600 YEARLY assessment to fix the aging infrastructure. HOA are a corrupt group of individuals. For the $450 you pay in HOA, you would expect better maintenance. People that have dogs need to clean better after their dogs. Poop and pee stains everywhere. HOA PLEASE RESPOND BACK TO HOMEOWNER EMAILS!!!
