The one star is only for the great clinical service of Dr. Scattini. The front desk helper, Kim, gave no instructions on the examination and appeared annoyed she had to do her job. Additionally, she overcharged me, AND it took two phone calls AND coming in to fix the overcharge. I only figured out they overcharged me because my husband had the same exact service and he paid $54 whereas I paid $254. Service is so slow and unhelpful. They also never emailed me my prescription.

Avoid this place at all costs. The front desk staff is extremely unreliable—constantly putting things off and ultimately forgetting what they’re supposed to do. Make sure you personally confirm your order before leaving, because they won’t. Very disappointing experience.
