Horrible Communication I had a concern over the quality of one of my check-ups. I let them know and they still have not contacted me regarding this issue and it has been more than a month later. Also, Dr. Rea was supposed to call me back regarding a short-term plan to minimize the pain for my dying cat. Again, a month later, I still have not been contacted and we are putting the cat down in a few days. This is highly negligent behavior for someone who is a "medical professional". Good but over priced. They are good with my animals, however they were very overpriced in their services. Definitely go in expecting to pay a few hundred dollars.

Dr. Rea and her staff are fantastic and very professional. The vet techs are the best I have seen in a vet practice and really know what they are doing. It is obvious they all care very much about their furry patients. I drive out of my way to go to Dr. Rea. She is just fantastic with my cats and is very caring.
They're a friendly staff who care about the animals they treat. Even my cat Maui wants to go there.
The staff and Doctors at Redwood are all just great! They take excellant care of my little Ellie, my neighbors dog Bella, and also my friends dog. I never have a problem getting an appointment, and the fees are reasonable.
