I had not been to dentist in 11 years. Alot of bad experiences in past just terrified. Dr. Galawas, Meda and other staff made this such a great experience. I obviously needed a lot of work but they made it enjoyable. We laughed and talked. There were no lectures just happy I made decision to fight fear of dentists and show up. I am going to switch my son to this pediatric location from now on. Other Ped dentist fine but just nice not pleasant experience. They lecuture him which does not work anyway. He does not like going. Dr. Crespi is great and so are the hygentists. The kids get to watch movies and get a prize at the end. They never made my daughter do anything that she didn't want to do.
Sent my 6 year to collections while we were still discussing the bill, which I still have not gotten a breakdown on. Awesome customer service Redstone.
