My boyfriend and I have been living at Redstone at Santan Village for almost two years and we love it and definitely recommend it! The reason why we recommend Redstone is because of all the amenities they offer. The amenity we've definitely utilized the most in our time living here would have to be the gym. Not only is this gym filled with plenty of equipment and machines, the treadmill even faces the pool so you have a gorgeous view of palm trees and blue water as you run. Pamela really made the move in process super easy! she always answered our questions and was quick to respond! Lynn has also been great in helping with all of our questions and concerns after move in! They are great at making sure each resident is happy and taken care of!
I think this picture of missing dumbbells, punishing us residents for doing nothing, says so much about Olympus property management. If you like being treated like a child who can’t use common sense to “social distance”, Olympus Property is just right for you. This is in spite of gyms all around the area opening. Redstone at Santan Village is a real treasure trove. We also can’t swim after the office closes, as well as on Sundays and holidays. Redstone at San Tan Village is a great place to live. It has a resort feel and amenities. It is in the middle of so many amazing dining and shopping experiences. You can park your car when you get home and walk everywhere from there.

overpriced "corporate resort"... people always moving in and out(short term) and treat the place like their own personal hotel...trash all over, poorly maintained, rude, noisy neighbors... can't wait to get out!

Horrible management. Marc Taylor managed the apartment when we first moved in and they were great. They tried to not honor the original rent agreement when we previously signed and then we charged $150 dollars for cleaning after purchasing E Premium insurance and leaving a deposit. Tara the manager didn't seem to care and is horribly unprofessional. Natasha is great. I do not recommend staying here. The apartments although they look nice are fragile, the walls are thin, management sucks.
