pricy but big portions – I have eaten at the Redstone Grill several times. Their food is fine, although I do agree that it is pricey. However, they do give you hefty portions and almost two meals for the money. We also went there when they lost their electricity, and although we had an hour and a half wait, the staff really worked hard and were very pleasant during the time we waited for our meal.
Waitstaff or sales staff? – I agree with the previous ratings about Redstone being over-priced and gregarious in their attempts to up-sell. I just got back from lunch there. For a co-worker and I to have soup and salad it was over $30. Even after we ordered, the waitress still went over the more expensive specials in detail. She was obviously disappointed with our "less-expensive" choices. I can't count how many times we were pushed to order cocktails (even after we told her we were both working today).
