My wifes food was ice cold, they texted the wrong number when it was our time to sit, when my wife reordered, she ordered minus onions and they still put them on, our waitress only came back 3 times, and each time we had to remind her of something she forgot, and they were not even busy. I dont recommend them to anyone. Wahlburgers is better
Ordered Black Eyed Peas, bit into a piece of bone. The manager never even came over to apologize or discuss. I was the only customer, he was not busy just sitting there. The waitresse did deduct it from my bill . When I arrived the manager was talking to a liquor distributor- he can stand there and curse with him but cant take time to speak to a customer! Shows a lack of concern in the quality of food and customer satisfaction. How does bone get into a meatless dish???
Cowboy Ruben, and craft beers served up by Amanda the best bartender in the D! It doesn't get any better than that!!!
I walked over on my lunch break to place a carry out and waited over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Then when I finally asked my question the waitress was rude. I left because I had to remember it was work hours and I had to remain professional! So later I called to speak to the manager who acted like he didn't care about my experience . They definitely need to work on customer service skills and if I could give negative stars I would. #nevergoingback
The ribs were fatty and very tough. For the price I expected the meat to be falling off the bone. I most likely won't be back
They lost the reservation for our rehearsal dinner.
