45 min wait ended up almost 2 hrs. Bar service is VERY slow. Keep your waiting patrons happy by flowing the alcohol faster. Food was very good and good table service. Manager needs to focus on bar and stop the employee talking instead of slinging beers. One woman was working and the other kept interrupting her talking. I watched the talker cut up some limes over a 30 minute period. Mind you it was 4 limes.
Food was very good. Service sucked. Was on January 17th around 9 PM after I was at the auto show. The young black woman never came by to ask how the food was and if we needed anything else. Never brought refills for our drinks. I had to flag down another gentleman who wasn't even our server to get a refill. Our server never put in our order for fried pickles. After we ate we told her to take the fried pickles off our bill.....instead of apologizing and saying sorry about that, she said ' I gotchu'.
It was a great experience again. The waitress Nyota, went over and above. She took such good care of everyone in our party 6 adults and one child. Nyota was so kind to my 3 year old granddaughter by bring her slices of oranges and cherries plus sweet potatoes with whip cream. My daughter and I enjoyed Catfish and collard greens it was delicious the other 4 adults ate the 4 person platter. Everything was delicious and they even had extras to enjoy next day.
They were able to accommodate us yesterday. Our food came out in a timely manner considering we had about 40 guests.
Delicious ribs and great atmosphere! Spotted this place a couple of weeks ago and came back to have dinner.
