Tech came over while I wasn't home. My wife showed him to the basement where I needed a duct ran and a wall A/C serviced. He left after 15min saying he couldn't do the job. He also left the wall A/C running all day and took the batteries out of the remote so I couldn't turn it off easily when I finally got back home. (The unit has no other controls.) AMAZING. The company took out my Old heat pump system and installed a new one in 2 hours. Hauled off everything, installed and check performance of new unit in 2.5 total. He was quick polite and proffessional. I was very impressed with the vehicles, uniforms and all the work, and the best price i could find. I would HIGHLY reccomend this company
Put a new 3.5 ton unit in my home from another company who had the lowest price if 15 in the area. 6 months later had to put another 3.5 ton unit in another home and red was half the cost of the first one for the same unit. Wish I had found him sooner. Offered me financing too.
The prices and service cannot be beaten. I was thrilled with the value and work I received.
