Food was alright, service was terrible. Brought a party of 32 (which they knew three months in advance) for my bacherolette party and they gave us one server (who was new) and expected us to hit a $1000 balance for having the banquet room. Talked to management over and over. Shawn the banquet manager is a real bitch and we will never patronize this restaurant again.

Our hotel suggested Reds Alehouse. We are so glad they did. Our meal was excellent. We had a sirloin dinner which was very good. The creamed greens and brussel sprouts were very good also. My favorite was their corn, bacon chowder. Our server was Jayden who was professional, knew the food and was also friendly. We definitely would recommend this gem of a restaurant.

We had an awesome experience for our first time. They cater to gluten free needs as well. Our server, Michelle, was helpful, friendly and shared ideas with us. Then to our surprise after a delicious appetizer, a fabulous meal, she came out with creme brulee for dessert that was incredible and a treat for us for choosing to celebrate our 39th anniversary at Reds Alehouse. We WILL be back. Thanks for making our day special.

So the food was great and the drinks were good but I just wanted to touch on something different. Our waitress (on Thursday), was absolutely swamped as the place was packed. Our food was not only delivered in great time (good job cooks) and our extremely picky and complicated order was executed to perfection. So I just wanted to compliment the staff that although it was incredibly busy that they were not only friendly and accommodating, but they executed perfectly. Well done, and I look forward to coming back.
