We ordered the fish and chips. The fish was greasy and flavorless, the tartar sauce tasted like nothing more than diluted whipped mayo with trace bits of pickle, and the hot spice overpowered any flavor from the beets. The fries were nothing special - just fried potatoes, no flavor. So disappointed in the lack of seasoning.
We got our name on the hostess list around 5:45 with a party of 8. We were told it would be 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we were told we were next on the list. 20 minutes later we were told they were cleaning our table. 20 minutes after that we finally see a large group leave and then 10 minutes later we were seated. My husband and I have been here a few times and always love it. The service is great and the food is even better. They're also very accommodating of our 10 month old baby. We went the other night to celebrate a promotion at work and both got the sirloin. It was probably one of the best steaks I've ever had.
GREAT food! Nice atmosphere! The best employees!! & you'd have to be pretty fussy if they didn't have a beer you'd like!
Wonderful food, waiter was ok, after taking our plates when dinner was over, eglected to bring our check and several attempts later we got his attention!
Staff was superb as well as the food and service. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!
