TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Trust me don't try to get a place here, me and my roommates have been trying to get a room here for the past 2 months. They tell us they have availability, first we were looking for a cottage, and we signed the lease for it. after, a month of no answers they switched it to an apartment lease. TLDR: Do not recommend, would not pay more than $600 to stay here, mainly due to management and the number of shootings that have been present at the location. Disclaimer: For full honesty purposes, I have not been the best tenant (I paid late twice), and I have a very harsh bias towards Redpoint due to past experiences with them.
