The community is very nice with good amenities. However, management is not there to help you and instead it seems like their job is to milk as much money from you as they can. My roommates and I were charged for damages that were present at our move in and management has yet to respond to three separate emails I sent about the issue. A neighbor of mine was charged an unreasonable amount for utilities and after having a city inspector take a look at their meter it was discovered that they were being overcharged purposefully. ... read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Within my 2 1/2 years of staying at this complex we had multiple shootings/threats of violence happen on the property. Specifically at the pool in which the property managers make little to no effort to control/monitor whether actual tenants are using it or outside people. Most people that work for Redpoint are actually very nice and helpful. However, the property managers are extremely dismissive and will take sides when it comes to tenant disagreements.
