If you are planning to take summer classes, be forewarned! You lease (even though this is advertised as student housing) does not end at the same time classes do. Moving out on a Tuesday during the last week of class before finals is beyond stressful and I would not recommend. Although I have requested an extension, which according to my housing contract I can request one and it needs to be approved by the owner, my request has been denied citing that they need time to clean the townhouses before new residents. if I really could give redpoint Tallahassee 0 stars, I would, I can’t believe I can’t. Upon move in, we noticed there was an incredibly big problem in our kitchen area, as the whole kitchen floor was infested with roaches. I have never dealt with roaches before in my life and upon calling the front office, they informed me their massey exterminating services come only on Thursdays. If you are a student looking for a complex in Tallahassee, do not live here! Between the difficult management, to the move in day conditions, if I could rate this place a zero I would. If I could give one piece of advice for tenants moving in, take pictures of everything move in day. If not, they will rack up charges as an attempt to over charge you. Terrible and shady property canceled my unit back in august but still charging for installation fees almost over $4000!!!!
Very nice, needs to hire more security though.
