Do not live here! I used to love living here. I loved that you lived in a house and that it seemed so private. It was quiet and peaceful, then management changed over and the property was sold off. The new management is awful. If you have issues with your neighbors being too loud and you contact the office for help, they will tell you to speak with them instead of the office doing their job and contacting them for you. They randomly come into your apartment and charge you for things that are "damaged" and add the fees to you... read more
Management is bad The houses are fairly nice, but they have thin walls that will cause your bill to be in the $200 per person range in the extreme months. Although they follow the lease agreement (which is fair) they follow it religiously. For example we had bad neighbors that called the cops on us within the first week for a small get together of about 10 people. Love living here Lived at Redpoint for a year now from back when it was still the Retreat. Renewed my lease as soon as I could because it is so nice here. The management has always been very friendly to me and my pup. Spent a lot of time at the pool this summer and it's nicer than any of my friends' pools, that's probably why we're here so often. Plan on spending the rest of my Undergrad here and always recommend this place to my friends when they're looking for somewhere new to live.
New Management is Poor The new management that just took over is extremely inflexible and rude. The two previous community managers that worked here while I lived here for the past three years were fantastic and kept the whole place fun. It honestly felt like a little community. It no longer holds the same appeal at all.
