Where to begin. If you like filth, this is your place. The alarm bells started to ring when they insisted on payment in full at check in, and it turns out the alarm bells were well justified. It's difficult to overstate just how bad this place is. The entire property smells of urine and cigarettes (they say it's a no smoking property bizarrely) and hasn't got a clean surface anywhere that we saw in 3 rooms and in reception. Had a friend stay here and left torn up by bed bugs on 5/28 . Don’t stay here until they fix that problem .
They have bedbugs and tore my friends up. Don't go there until they prove that they have fixed this problem.
Someone from staff entered to my room and stole $1,000 dollars. THIS IS A BUSINESS NOT TO TRUST, and corporate MR. Gee accused me of liar. And told me the videos and recorded were erase. I was told my manager MR.Dee that corporate came to pick up the records and the videos. Mr.Gee extremely unprofessional, did not respond to my email and did not answer my phone calls, until yesterday 1/24/18 and he hung up on me, after accusing me of false information when he was basically giving me false information.
