Woke up yesterday morning and only had electricity in parts of my house. Called Redmonds. Brian came immediately and determined the problem. He contacted the power company and made arrangements to have my problem fixed. After Brian did his thing and the power company did its thing, Brian went the extra step to make sure everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better and faster service.
