Excellent response time always efficient and good quality workmanship
Called for service at 9am, tech was on site before noon and not only identified the problem with our heat pump which took him 10 minutes to get running again, but took the extra time to trace the issue back to a tiny wire that had worn through over 10 years use. Very impressed, most people would fix the obvious right off the bat and get paid, but RCC took the time to find the root of the problem and correct it. Can’t recommend them enough!
