Very fast service, fixed right, and excellent price!!!
When confronted with their poor communication... Their website claims to treat their community with integrity. I've had 2 run ins with the same employee who very much lacks integrity and is careless. This is in reference to the 2nd run in. Would you hire a business that employs the type of person that would call your wife, grandmother, daughter, sister or anyone for that matter the "B" word. I just want to publicly thank this company for being so observant of my sweet animals and kids. Sam and Earnest were the sweetest people I’ve ever had on the property in this industry hands down. I highly encourage you to hype up your great working employees, you greatest experiences, it makes a difference 🫶
Don’t use Redmond Heating and Cooling. Just bought a home outside of Ames and Redmond was the installer of all the new equipment, found multiple issues with Furnace and Water Heater, multiple things out of code, didn’t leave manuals for equipment behind, thermopan tape is coming off of most every area they put it on. Furnace is oversized with an undersized return Air. Water leaking in three separate areas on the furnace, I assume they converted to LP? But did not leave the informing sticker on the gas valve.
