Matt and team were great. Very transparent on recommendation and went above and beyond to ensure I got most out of my RV manufacturer warranties. Communication was outstanding. They are busy which is understandable based on the quality of service.
I'm very happy with the service I received from Redmond Service. I highly recommend this shop.
Matt and James saved us thousands of dollars on a generator replacement where one shop couldn't fix it, Redmond could! Amazing effort to turn around our RV quick. Really great staff with a bunch of hard working techs. You can tell Matt takes pride in the business and putting his name on everything they do. Will be back!
Thing didn’t start out so well. Shop Owner and I did finally get together and resolved issue nothing to do with this place’s workmanship was entirely to do with a product that the dealer installed after all repair were completed. I would use this shop again for repairs on my rv
