Superb customer service. Respectful staff and felt incredibly welcome. No one pushing weird sales crap to me and just making sure what was best for me. What a great bunch of people. They even fit me in for a crown the same day and Max is absolutely awesome. Superb work!
The people who work at the Redmond Dental Group are exceptionally caring and helpful. It is clear from the moment you walk in the door that your care is paramount to them. I'm sorry I can't take them with me when I move.
Absolutely amazing people, had a great experience when my daughter needed to be seen and they didn't hesitate to see her even tho she was a new patient.
My daughter had to get 2 fillings today. It took 2 hours and 40 minutes. It takes months to get appointments. They do not value their patients, they don't value their patients time. I have already found different offices for my husband and my other 3 children. We will not be back. They should probably hire more dentists or stop scheduling more people than they can handle in a timely manner. Dr. Max and all his staff are so friendly and make you feel like family when you come in. You never walk away confused or unsure of what your care plan is. They have always talked with us in regards to our payment options and helped us work out an affordable plan of action. I'm am so thankful for all they have done for myself, my husband and our son. We will be life long family members. Thank you!!
OK, so I don't love going to the dentist, but Dr. Max and his staff were wonderful. They listened, joked and got me through a root canal without pain. �

I have a HORRIBLE fear of the dentist and needed my wisdom teeth pulled, they pulled all 4 in one visit and were absolutely amazing with me knowing my fear and I felt not pain during the process!!!
