Horrible service! I think I may have broken my collarbone and I went there to get it X-Ray’d. Was rudely told they didn’t do that there. If they won’t x-ray a collarbone then they are not offering urgent care services and should change their name. Worthless, over priced company. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. They probably don’t treat your urgent need anyway.
RecommendedWent i today for an X-ray on my shoulder! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and Shana came and got me back. She introduced herself and was very friendly. She asked questions and had answers. Her nurse Nick took me to X-ray and made the whole experience pleasant. I have been several times to RedMed and I have never had a bad experience, today was different; maybe because of everything going on or something. RecommendedI just left this wonderful place. From the front desk staff treating me so sweet. I arrived in the back. Shayna the provider was so wonderful and caring. Nick was so very kind. I highly recommend red med urgent clinic.
Waited for an hour and paid my copay just for them to take a blood pressure that I told them was incorrect and for them to hand me a card to go to a different clinic. Literally did nothing. Waste of time and they weren’t that friendly to begin with. I will definitely not be returning nor will I refer anyone else.

Recommendedgreat people. had a small wait because it was right at opening on a sunday. the nurse staff was AMAZING and worked with my autistic child to make her strep and flu tests bearable. will use again.
