RecommendedAfter a rough start at another redmed facility today. I found myself here. When i say the staff were so kind and helpful, it is an understatement. Being to end they were professional ams kind. Thank you again. You truly made me feel better.
Recommended RecommendedI called and Kortoya was very pleasant and assist me on the procedure of getting a Covid Test...Upon arrival at the office the front desk staff was very friendly... My husband and I was called to the back by a young man name Nick, who was friendly and professional and made taking the test very comfortable.... Thanks RedMed of Senatobia, your staff "ROCKS"...
Not impressed with the attitudes here at all. I was there by 8:30 to sign my son in for a COVID test. I was told it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait. I went home and we waited. At 12:55 they called and said to head that way in 30 minutes. I left my house and was there by 1:30. I called them after an hour to see how much longer it would be. I was told he was next. RecommendedI had a Telehealth visit this morning that went very well! I was having connecting issues (no fault of the clinic) so I called and spoke to Ms. Lakesha and she was very nice and friendly and helped me. Ms. Jennifer (the provider) seen me and she was super nice as well! I had quick service right from my kitchen table! Thanks RedMed ❤️

Sadly must say I can’t Reccomend this place. Like many others have stated, the receptionist (one in particular) is incredibly rude, and after talking to friends and learning they felt the same way, I know I’m not alone in feeling this way. Waited 4.5 hours in the parking lot, only to see sprained ankles and people jogging in the building in front me, as I was having severe bone pain and difficulty breathing. Ended up going to the ER and having a broken rib and pleurisy, which could have and should have been treated at the ur... read more
