My first time here and I'm very pleased! Beautiful office with professional staff. Everyone was so thoughtful and concerned with helping me feel better. Thank you to everyone at RedMed Hernando...you're awesome!!
Went there cause of having bad reaction to a antibiotic I took. The front desk girls were super nice and got me in the nurses treated me like I overdose on meth or something called ambulance without my consent the blond nurse ask me why I didn’t go to my Hernando medical where I normally go? Thought this place was a urgent care ... needless to say i did not go with ambulance and went home a hour later I was better ...they are inexperience and should of listen to me better then assuming will not be back or any of my family me... read more
Very fast service and the crew were very friendly and understanding.
I was very pleased with the care I received at RedMed. I had a bad sinus headache and was in and out quickly. The staff from the receptionist, nurse,medical assistant and NP was fabulous. When ever I am sick I will for sure go there.
The office is new and clean; and the staff was friendly..however I came in with my son twice Monday and Tuesday for them to tell me he didn't have Flu or strep...He tested positive for type B Flu on Wednesday after seeing his regular Dr's at Memphis children's clinic...I think the staff need to be trained on how to properly swab and test for such issues..Because as a mother I knew my child was severely ill and went 2 days without being properly treated.
I thought the entire staff was to young and inexperienced. I was throwing up in their office two times, fever, chills, shakes, etc. They gave me a script for Tamiflu and nausea. Which I thought was appropriate, however I need a Dr.'s excuse for work. They gave me a two day excuse, I said I didn't think that was long enough and the N. P. said I could come by and get another one if needed. When I needed it they said that I should go to my primary physician for that. Won't be back. !!!!
