Went to redmed clinic Monday with fever and bad cough, no tests were done, was told I had an ear infection and sent home. Went again Friday because I wasn't getting better and was told basically the same thing. Finally went to urgent care clinic yesterday for another opinion. They immediately did swab test and X-ray that revealed strep and pneumonia! Be careful folks, they're in a rush....
I was a first time patient and will definitely be using RedMed from now on!

Was VERY sick one morning and left work to go. First time patient and still out in about an hour. The only reason I wasn't out in 45 Minutes is be use I had gotten a shot, an antibiotic shot and had to make sure I wouldn't have an allergic reaction. The nurse practitioner was very personable, great "bedside manner" and very knowledgable. I would HIGHLY recommend the clinic.
I went into RedMed about a year ago and just received a $100 bill for a service I never received. The service I went there for was not offered. I was told that I didn't have to worry about being charged for it and SURPRISE! I feel like this is a terrific establishment when they're not robbing hard working individuals like myself. Therefore, I would never recommend this place to any of my friends, people on here, nor people I come in contact with looking for somewhere to go... NO matter how great it might be.
Wonderful clinic! Jamie had me in and out in less than 30 minutes!
Had to wait an hour and 20 minutes just to have a less than 5 minute exam with the doctor, or whatever she is because she didn't introduce herself. Needed two simple prescriptions... should not have to wait that long. Work on your organization and staff!! Never coming here again.
EVERYBODY AT THIS CLINIC IS AWESOME! FROM THE PHONE CALL TO GET INFO. ABOUT THE CLINIC TO THE TIME I WALKED OUT THE DOOR FROM THE VISIT. IT ONLY TOOK 45 MINUTES AND THAT INCLUDED THE NEW PATIENT'S SIGN IN INFO. THE DR. REALLY TOOK TIME TO DO AN EXAM INSTEAD OF JUST LOOKING AT YOU QUICKLY. WHEN I AM SICK AGAIN I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK.
