Red Med was amazing in seeing me quickly two hours after I strained a muscle in my thigh during work on campus. Both Morgan and Rachel were super helpful in explaining the treatment process and answering my questions. They made sure I had a thorough after visit summary and told me next steps should my injury grow worse. I have visited RedMed 3 times: physical, flu shot, and a breathing treatment. The breathing treatment was today and I am SO HAPPY RedMed is on campus. First, I was able to miss just 45 minutes of work instead of having to leave campus and wait at an urgent care for hours, second, the staff at RedMed is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and third, no copay required.
