The installer was very profesional, but the install was 3 days late and measured incorrectly.
They got the job done in a timely fashion. Very professional.

It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at RedLine Windows. Everyone seems to really care about their customers - We live in an older mobile home, so the door had to be cut to fit. True professional experience. Almost immediate follow up with me, kept appointments on time and did quality work. They had to order parts but both times they were on time and totally courteous and businesslike. Our 1975 vintage slider works like new now.
We had on window with a crack that ran across the width of the window. Everything went well with the replacement.
Did an excellent job on screens a little slow to complete job and did not get a good response when calling them second time to check status of completion. Overall very good work but could be a little more responsive to customer.
