Redline responded quickly to my inquiry. Their representative did a great job . He found the trouble and made repairs. I would recommend them and will call them again if I have any other issues.

repair was made, contractor showed up when promised. Just have to wait and see if what they did has worked. (Window frame sealing).
They were easy to reach and punctual. We had one complication due to some confusion at a vacant house, but the problem was quickly rectified. Customer service and timeliness appear to be high priorities.

Overall a good job. Old slider is rolling like new again. Tech cleanup could have been better. A couple of small sharp metal pieces were left behind on patio but we found them before any bare feet did! Cody was quick to respond to my initial service request and work was completed less than 24 hours later.
