When I called the company, they came out the next day. It took about six working days to order and install new window. The window has a little gap and needs to be resealed. I'm still waiting for the screens to be installed. Overall, The technician was nice. The company needs to work on following up with customers via email or calling on the status of the order.
After checking with Redline and two others, I gave Redline the opportunity to take the sale with a slight negotiation, to which they gladly agreed. The technician came early which was nice for me having the job done and rest of the day to relax. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.
The job entailed replacing all 10 window screens on my house which were over 23 years old. A very courteous and personable estimator arrived to do the measurements. Then the job was sent to the manufacturer to actually build new screens in metal frames that were better than the current. When they were ready, another very polite worker arrived to install them. Other than it taking up to two weeks to get the screens and slider manufactured the job by the contractors was fantastic.
Terry was friendly and knowledgeable.
The workers who came to my home and those that installed the glass were very hard working and dedicated to doing the job right and were always on time. My concern is that though they had about two weeks from my contacting them, the glass was installed long after I would have expected that work order to be completed based on my previous experiences with glass repair companies. Project went as described by the company. They were efficient and timely based on their description of when the project would be completed.
Communications was not very good.

This issue was my fault personally for mixing up the delivery date and i know how frustrating it can be to clear your schedule for nothing to arrive. For that I sincerely apologize. Took a week to get parts but once received the repairman was prompt, courteous, and obviously knew his stuff. The sliding glass windows are once again 100%. I will hire them again if a need arises.
