RecommendedMade appt online. Less than 10 min to see PA. I filled out paperwork online even photocopied my ins card and ID ahead of time. Negatives? Yes! Male receptionist asked what I was being seen for in front of several people. I told him I filled out all pertinent info online. WTH?! OK I would say in the beginning I would recommend this place because they are very good at what they do but I came and took my second test they had me sitting in my car for 2 1/2 hours, not because they were busy but because they forgot about me that’s what they said. now it’s taken 15 working days and they still don’t have my results I called and I don’t remember who I talk to but they sure told me that my results were in and I can come and pick up the print out anytime I come in and now they can’t find it it’s not in yet s... read more
we went there today because my mom had symptoms of being dehydrated and they gave her the vitamin infusion IV. she started feeling better immediately and she's enjoying a great nap now. i mean, no wait, great service without having to go to the hospital. I highly recommend this urgent care, and I am glad to be free of beaver medical, because beaver had awful service.

Front and back office was awesome! I finally got a breathing treatment, and was given a steroid shot that helped tremendously with my asthma. Thank you Redlands urgent care for the exceptional care!
Extremely pleased with the visit tonight. I had to take my daughter in and she was seen by a PA named Alex. It was a quick easy visit. I would highly recommend this place. I will continue to use Redlands Urgent Care whenever my daughter needs to be seen. It is way better and I mean way better than the other place in Redlands
