Our goal at Redlands Spine & Sport is to get our patients well as quickly as possible. By conducting a detailed medical history and thorough examination we are able to determine an accurate diagnosis and the most appropriate treatment needed to get our patients well. In addition to the treatments provided in office, we like our patients to take an active role in their recovery by performing the stretches and exercises we provide for them. Using this team approach we expect to see improvement very quickly.

I went to Dr Donia when I first started to have some knee pains from running. After a few sessions and some homework exercises, I was feeling much better. I try to send over anyone that has sports related injury and will definitely go back next time I am injured.
