Susan was wonderful to work with!! I had what I wanted in my mind and she made it happen. Excellent communication and knowledge of products. Installation went perfect and very neat. Susan came with the installer in case there was any issue that needed to be addressed. Would definitely recommend her for all window covering needs!!
We enjoyed working with Dave and Susan on our window coverings. Our blinds and shutters are perfect and just what we wanted. Susan made great suggestions for the style and the "electric" blind over the tub in the Master Bath. The service is professional, excellent, timely and gracious. Redlands Decorating Center did our whole house, surprisingly affordable for the beautiful product we received. Professions came out to measure then came back to install. Easy process. Not only is my home is now much cooler this summer, the look has added beauty and value to our home, also I feel home secure - No one can see in! I would highly recommend going here.
Susan met with me several times to help me pick the right paint color and window treatments. I am very happy with the results. Dave installed the new shades and hung pictures for me. Susan and Dave are friendly, professional and very easy to work with!
